Cambridge Core has over 400 journals, and over 30K ebooks of the highest academic quality covering all STM and HSS subjects on a single digital platform optimized for todays researchers.

Cambridge U Press’s SoCal-based Library Representative, Paul Gallagher, will discuss new digital content available on Cambridge Core, including the brand new Cambridge Elements, a new concept in academic publishing and scholarly communication, combining the best features of books and journals, and with the ability to be regularly updated on Cambridge Core.

A forthcoming new Shakespeare multimedia digital offering will be previewed.

New annual content for our best known Collections, Cambridge Histories Online, and Cambridge Companions Online, currently discounted as a SCELC Offer, will be reviewed.

Paul will also be discussing a new complete Cambridge Journals Online (CJO) subscription package offering for SCELC libraries -- the new SCELC 3-year CJO database model license for 2019-2021 has the annual increase capped at 4%, a 20% reduction from the previous cap, and no reconciliation necessary with the database model.

We will also discuss Cambridge’s flexible Evidence-Based Acquisition program, which several SCELC libraries have newly initiated this year.

Cambridge has some new open access and content sharing initiatives that Paul will discuss as well.

Also, get details about Cambridge’s current discounted promotions on Cambridge Journals Digital Archives (CJDA), and a backlist ebooks promotion with tiered discounts up to 50% off.
